"Returning this was such a hassle"
Trying to return my order was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The instructions were vague, the process felt all over the place, and then I had to wait forever just to hear back from support. Like, why is returning something such a whole project?
I kept checking for updates and still felt like nobody was actually helping me. It was just annoying from start to finish, and for me, it’s not worth the stress. I definitely wouldn’t order again after dealing with that.

"Something just felt off"
I ordered a hoodie and I don’t know, the tags and packaging just didn’t really feel right to me. Like, maybe I’m overthinking it, but it didn’t seem like what I’d expect from a legit brand. I reached out to support and their replies were super vague, which didn’t help. Overall I just don’t really trust the authenticity here.

"Kind of a hassle on my phone"
I was trying to order while sitting on the couch after dinner, so maybe I was already a little impatient, but the site was frustrating on my phone. The pages took a while to load, and the menu kept making me feel like I was going in circles. I did eventually find what I needed, but getting through checkout felt clunky and not very smooth...

"Why was the packaging such a hassle?"
The box showed up all crushed and taped up really badly, like it had been opened or handled a bunch before it got to me. The item itself looked like someone had already messed with it. my first reaction was, why is this so complicated? It should’ve just arrived in normal, clean packaging.

"Knew Right Away It Was Poor Quality"
The photos made it look decent, but the second I took it out of the package I could tell it was cheap. The stitching was sloppy, and after using it once, it already started coming apart. Maybe I judged it fast, but I feel like I was right. I won’t be ordering from here again

"Customer service felt slow to me"
I don’t know, maybe I just caught them at a busy time, but support took way longer to get back to me than I expected. And when they finally replied, it didn’t really feel that helpful. I kept wondering if I explained the issue badly or something, but overall it was a frustrating experience.

I opened the package expecting what I actually ordered, and nope — completely wrong items. I was so confused I had to double-check my order like five times. Not sure how this mix-up happened, but it definitely wasn’t what I paid for

I’m usually a patient person, but this tested me. I ordered it weeks ago and it still showed up late, with barely any updates along the way. As someone who likes to plan ahead and know when things are arriving, it was annoying just sitting around waiting.

"Just didn’t feel worth the price"
I ordered from shoppelicanhill.com and felt like the prices were high for what I ended up getting. I was expecting something a bit nicer considering what I paid, but it felt kind of basic, if that makes sense. The shipping and extra costs made it feel even less worth it. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I personally don’t really see the value and probably wouldn’t buy again.
